How long will this take ?
We estimate it should take between 12-16 weeks depending on how much research is required.
How is this process different?
We start from a library of Law Enforcement goals and objectives, and customize from there. We still gather information about your community and department, so every plan is unique.
Will you be on site ?
Probably not. We designed our process around the current Covid crisis so everything can be done remotely.
What does our department need to provide?
Your Police Department will need to provide some statistics, photos and narrative information for certain sections of the plan.
Will you be doing surveying?
Yes. We will do some basic surveying of the community and your department determine goals and objectives which may be unique to your community.
Can the plan be updated?
Our process is focused on getting your plan up and running as quickly as possible. If we have learned anything from 2020, it is that things change constantly. We offer an additional quarterly review process to see how you are doing and make any updates
